Yolande Bekker studied higher education and received her Degree in 1993 She started her career as a high school 

teacher for 4 years. In 1997 she did her first nail course and fell in love instantly. She quickly became an educator for a company in South Africa. 

She started Young Nails end of 2003 where she went to Los Angeles USA and received hands on training, one on one, 

with Greg Salo. She has been overseas many times to improve the skills here in South Africa. Her passion is training and to share her knowledge with new and exsisting nail artists. She has build a company and brand in South Africa with an excellent training  programme and customer service. In 2013 she received the Entrepeneur of the year award at Professional beauty. 

Yolande believes with hard work, courage, a positive attitude and t he love of doing what you do, anyone can be successfull. She shares her passion with 19 mentors all over South Africa and is also the owner of 2 salons in Kempton Park and recently started a new company that focus on nail art, received training in Dubai an Russia in 2015.

Her motto in life is to believe you can and dream big. Chase your dreams but love what you do along the way and never stop improving yourself.

As a mentor she guides new salons to live their dreams and to be successfull.
